Meet the Doctors

Meet Dr. Dina Keon

Dr. Dina received her doctorate degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1997 and for more than 18 years, she has studied Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) – a system for enhancing human resourcefulness and potential. In 2003, alongside her husband Jeff, she co-founded Touch Chiropractic, a Wellness Center in Sacramento, specializing in the art of gentle chiropractic care and restorative health. Dr. Dina also has a special interest in wellness education and nutrition, and in caring for pregnant moms, children, and families.

Dr. Dina’s unique chiropractic approach focuses on helping your body to help itself. One of her core beliefs is that regaining physical health is the first step to thriving in all aspects of life.

“When your body is free from pain and your nervous system is in balance, you perceive the world around you more clearly, and can make positive choices for yourself, your community, and the world around you. This ripple-effect is my vision for our community.”

To achieve balance and sustainable healing, Dr. Dina’s holistic approach is designed to reconnect the body to itself, using a combination of gentle spinal adjustments, focused breathing, and soft tissue integration. This allows the body to release tension patterns that have accumulated over time, resulting in a more flexible, aware, and relieved spine, and- thus- a happier, healthier individual.

Pregnancy care: One of Dr. Dina’s greatest joys is working with mothers and babies. As a mom herself, Dr. Dina understands the importance of adjusting a mother’s spine & pelvis during pregnancy to ensure that the pelvic bones are balanced and freely moving, giving space for the baby to move into the ideal position for a smooth, safe birth. Are you an expectant or new mom? Ask Dr. Dina how chiropractic care can benefit you and your little one.

Meet Dr. Jeff Keon, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Jeff began practice in 1998 with the belief that chiropractic care should not have to be aggressive to be effective. He describes his approach as one of “finesse over force”, using gentle chiropractic techniques to help restore motion, balance, and optimal function to the body. In 2003, he co-founded Touch Chiropractic in Sacramento alongside his wife Dina, creating a Wellness Center specializing in the art of gentle chiropractic care. Over his years in practice, Dr. Jeff has become a sought-after lecturer on topics of preventative & alternative health, nutrition, and exercise. His expertise in extremity chiropractic (working with the arms, legs, hands and feet), in addition to spinal care, has carved him an integral niche within Sacramento’s healthcare community, as the expert of choice for whole-body chiropractic and rehabilitation.
